Plastic card with hologram

Plastic card with hologram

Plastic cards with hologram stickers

Hologram sticker is a self-adhesive label with a holographic image structure which reproduces 2D or 3D images and is impossible to be copied or replicated by means of ordinary printing devices. Graphic and holographic images may include the following elements: kinetic movement effect, true color, moire effect, micron texts, Guilloche grids, hidden images, numbering, laser demetalization and many others.

A hologram sticker can be applied onto any section of a plastic card before or after printing (depending on the technological process) after which the plastic card with hologram sticker is overlaid with a laminating film.

Plastic cards with holographic foil

Holographic foil is foil with a holographic image structure which reproduces 2D or 3D images and is impossible to be copied or replicated by means of ordinary printing devices. Graphic and holographic images may include the following elements: kinetic movement effect, true color, moire effect, micron texts, Guilloche grids, hidden images, numbering, laser demetalization and many others.

Holographic foil is applied directly onto a plastic card template before printing. Plastic card printing may be carried out over the holographic foil. This technique is impossible to reproduce by means of copying. Graphic and holographic images may include the following elements: kinetic movement effect, true color, moire effect, micron texts, Guilloche grids, hidden images, numbering, laser demetalization and many others.

Plastic cards with holographic lamination (overlay)

Holographic lamination (overlay) is a laminating film with an applied holographic image which reproduces 2D or 3D images and is impossible to be copied or replicated by means of ordinary printing devices.

It is applied directly onto a plastic card template after its printing. This technique is impossible to reproduce by means of copying. Graphic and holographic images may include the following elements: kinetic movement effect, true color, moire effect, micron texts, Guilloche grids, hidden images, numbering, laser demetalization and many others.

Plastic cards with holographic scratch-off foil

Holographic scratch-off foil is foil with a holographic image applied onto it which reproduces 2D or 3D images and is impossible to be copied or replicated by means of ordinary printing devices. However, it is easily scratched off revealing the hidden unreadable number, code, mark or lettering under it. This technique is impossible to reproduce by means of copying. A usual scratch-off stripe performs only one function: prevents from information readout due to its protection layer. However, the scratch-off foil technology with holographic image makes it possible to protect not only the activation number from readout but also the card itself from forgery. It is impossible to reproduce the security holographic scratch-off foil by means of the existing printing technologies. Graphic and holographic images applied onto scratch-off foil may include all the above-mentioned elements which are typical for hologram stickers. Graphic and holographic images may include the following elements: kinetic movement effect, true color, moire effect, micron texts, Guilloche grids, hidden images, numbering, laser demetalization and many others.

Holographic security may be combined with other security elements and personalization of the card, for example, the card number can be embossed onto hologram.
